Be the Change/Coach the Change
The real question is, Are you doing it effectively?
Here are a few clues: You are happier than you've ever been and the people around you are happier too. You get what you really want in life and you help others get what they want. You're evolving and people around you naturally evolve just by being near you. You're in service to others and helping others serve. You're reaching your full potential and helping others reach theirs. (No wonder you/they are happy!)
You're changing the world.
It used to be that only executives, high performers and rich people got coaches. Now coaching has infiltrated the human race. This is a very good thing.
How does it work? Okay, here's a metaphor. A coach is to another person, like the Moon is to the Earth: When that other person has turned away from their inner voice ~ their source of light ~ life looks confusing and difficult; goals and problems are confounding, out of reach, even. But the coach ~ like the Moon ~ reflects the light, illuminates the situation, brings clarity and erases fear.
The results are phenomenal ~ maybe even celestial!
Seeds of Light (Zaadz of Light?) illustrates what I mean:
Here's what EVERYBODY IS COACHING is all about:
* Get coached. How much more could you do and be?
* Coach others. Be more effective at anything you do.
* Become a coach. Devote your life to positive change.
* Become a masterful coach. Lead the way!
