Extraordinary! Thank you for posting this impassioned speech for me to find 15 years later.
A tear wants to fall down my cheek but I feel to mad to let it fall right now. 
15 years ago a child spoke her mind and it is as if my child is saying it today ~still so very relevent ~so right now.
powerful and frustrating and motivating and grateful and empowered!
