This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 22, 2007:

I'm already doing my dream job. Coaching and training others in coaching is what I'm put on the planet to do. Why? Humans are experiencing an enormous transformation now and need support in order to do it smoothly - and the planet needs humans to show up differently. Coaching has emerged in order to help facilitate human evolution.

Most people think coaching is self-indulgent, because it's about being, doing and having what you really want. It's not. When people anwser questions like these and orient their lives around what's really important to them, that's when they have the power to serve the world!
